Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of services before register with us. It provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase. Please be sure of the inclusions for the said package and costs of upgradations. There could be certain services which are non-refundable in nature once you have accessed information on the website, you have been promoted on the site or our other platforms in any way and the payment could have been for the access or promotion itself. All time period based membership plans on the website would be completely non-refundable after the initial 7 days period, in-case the user has not been able to log in or has not accessed any data or has not been marketed, promoted or showcased within these 7 days.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

All refund requests to be made within 2 working days of availing the said services.
Requests received later than 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
We will try our best to offer the said services for our clients. Certain services could be under upgradation. Check on the date you are making the payments as only those services will be provided as are currently functional and there would be no guarantees for any future services - features to be provided.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with services that are to be provided in the future, we cannot provide a refund for the same. However, if they are not satisfied fully from the current services and they meet the above criterions, we can provide a refund for the same.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
